It's the first mass produced PT that was developed by Mao Industries on the Moon. The Gespenst MK-II M is based off of the Gespenst MK-II M, which is the successor to the first PT.

Its sensors have been strengthend, and the left arm is equipped with a Plasma Stake. The Plasma Cutter of the old models was replace with the Jet Magnum. Its other weapons include an M950 Machine Gun, and all of the weapons used by the prototypes.

At the beginning of the DC War, only 30 were developed due to the lag from being mass produced. At the time, the leading units in the Earth Federation Army were fighter planes and tanks.
